Together we take a firm look at both current market circumstances, and a neighbourhood comparative market analysis. We do a close examination of your home. Combined elements will determine an accurate and optimum listing price for your home. Accurate pricing is crucial to obtaining the best price. Poor pricing is the downfall of most unsold homes and homes sitting ignored with their prices sliding painfully downwards.

Together we’ll decide the timing of your listing, and precisely what you can do to thoroughly ready your home for agent and public open houses, so that you achieve the best selling price, and achieve it quickly.  I can provide you with related information for contractors, house readiers, movers, lawyers, or storage facilities. Remember, the more updated, sleek and finished your home looks, the more return you’ll get for your investment.

Once you’ve signed listing agreement, I share the information immediately about your home with RE/MAX agents, then enter it into the MLS system, and spread the news along a wide email distribution list of other agents, and onto my web site, which gets visitors both at the RE/MAX site and at my own. Your listing will also be advertised in the appropriate weekend papers.

My clients receive regular listing updates via telephone, print, web report and email that closely match their needs. This maximizes their motivation to be curious. I  distribute an information flier to homes within a suitable radius of your own while it’s for sale, and do a phone-around to maximize response.

Clients receive my print and email newsletter regularly. My clients can make rapid  and well-informed decisions.

I provide food at all agent open houses: right at the beginning we reach the widest exposure available to us. Public open houses are held until your home sells. I provide a colour feature brochure of your home and buyers’ information sheets for visitors to take with them, and do follow up calls from the sign-in guest books, and follow-up calls to homes close to yours. Every time.

You’ll be informed of viewings, progress reports, and any comments received; you may access my web site client report centre, which details appointments and progress.

Your interests and needs will be presented at all times during negotiations, so that both you and the offering purchaser may reach a successfully compatible agreement of sale. It’s my job to be sure no small or surmountable matters get in the way of successful completion of the sale.
